Manager: Good morning! How can I help you today?
Customer: Good morning. I'd like to open a current account, please.
Manager: Of course. Do you have any ID with you? A passport or national ID card?
Customer: Yes, here's my passport.
Manager: Thank you. And do you have proof of address? A utility bill or a rental agreement?
Customer: I have my rental contract here.
Manager: Perfect. I'll just need you to fill in this form. It should take about ten minutes. Would you like a debit card as well?
Customer: Yes please. How long will it take to arrive?
Manager: Your card will be posted within five to seven working days.

Agent: Hello, City Bank, this is James speaking. How can I help you?
Customer: Hi, I think I've lost my debit card. I need to block it immediately.
Agent: Of course, I can help with that. Can I take your full name and date of birth for security?
Customer: Anna Petrova, fifteenth of March, nineteen eighty-five.
Agent: Thank you. I've now blocked your card. No further transactions will be possible. Would you like a replacement card?
Customer: Yes please. How soon can I get it?
Agent: A new card will arrive in three to five working days.
