В английском нет прямого аналога "у меня болит". Используй несколько конструкций:

Patient: Well, I've been feeling unwell for the past three days. I have a terrible headache, a high fever, and a sore throat. I also feel very tired and can't sleep properly.
Doctor: I see. And are you coughing?
Patient: Yes, I've been coughing quite a lot, especially at night. On a scale of one to ten, I'd say about a seven.
Doctor: Are you allergic to any medications?
Patient: No, I don't have any known allergies.
Doctor: I'm going to prescribe you some antibiotics and a cough syrup. Take them twice a day with food. Come back in five days if you don't feel better.

Receptionist: We have a cancellation at half past two this afternoon. Would that work for you?
Patient: Yes, that's perfect! Thank you.
Receptionist: Great. Can I take your name and date of birth please? Please arrive ten minutes early to fill in some forms. The doctor's name is Doctor Williams.
